Jointly owned by Simon Bird and Donna Holland with their two young children and Poppy the dog. A young and enthusiastic couple, who have lived and worked in Bourton-on-the-Water for the last six years, running the Croft Restaurant.

Mike our General Manager is here to make your stay at Chester House Hotel as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Mary our receptionist is always ready with a warm welcome and a friendly smile, Mary is a key member of our team who will ensure your stay is an enjoyable and memorable one.

Bernie is head of house keeping, her harworking attitude ensures your stay with us is a pleasent, enjoyable experience.

Hadleigh our talented Head Chef prides himself on the tempting menu that awaits you, our passion for food

is reflected in our dishes, prepared using fresh local produce.
