The Chester House Hotel is a perfect place to stay while visiting The Cotswolds. The staff were so kind and helpful. The food was delicious.The room was exceptionally clean. And, it is also has free spaces for parking.

Couldn’t fault it!
It’s a lovely cosy, friendly hotel. Our room was clean and well equipped. Every member of staff we spoke to were very pleasant, polite and cheerful. Breakfast and dinner were extremely good and I would definitely recommend staying there.

Highly recommend
Stayed 4 nights in a lovely cosy room which was cleaned every day. The staff made us feel so welcome and were all really friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant was excellent. Really tasty food. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay again

Absolutely Perfect - 5 star
From the minute we arrived till the time we left, we were looked after beautifully. Nothing is too much trouble, all the staff are wonderful, service is always with a smile. My room was a real mess and somehow the staff managed to tidy it efficiently every day. NO DUST anywhere, cleanest place we have ever stayed in! will definitely visit again and will recommend to friends. Thank you so much.

superb hotel, fantastic location
The hotel is charming and spotlessly clean. All the staff were helpful and so friendly. Rooms are excellent. Breakfast is plentiful and cooked to perfection. We ate in the restaurant for two of the three nights we were there, we had excellent meals on both occasions and particularly enjoyed the Italian tapas. Will most certainly be returning.

A night stay over
A nice hotel with a great Italian restaurant attached which we had a great evening meal. The hotel is very central in Bourton-on-the-Water within walking distance of all the main places.
